Senior Full-Stack Engineer
RemoteFull-timeBuild the core GritLabs platform - lab workspace, dashboard, AI tutor integration, and real-time infrastructure. You will work across the entire stack from React components to tRPC routers to Drizzle schemas.
Infrastructure Engineer
RemoteFull-timeDesign and build the auto-provisioning engine that spins up real cloud infrastructure for every lab session. You will write Pulumi programs, optimize VM boot times, and manage multi-provider deployments across Hetzner, AWS, and GCP.
AI/ML Engineer
RemoteFull-timeBuild the AI tutor that watches every terminal command and teaches through questions, not answers. You will design prompt architectures, build the grading engine, and create the VizLect dynamic visualization system.
